Receipt is a document acknowledging that a person has received amount or cheque in payment following a chit due amount.
1. Log into your Accozen console sso.accozen.co.in with your Username and Password.
2. Login> Chit Transaction>Chit Receipt.
If you would like to search a Group and member on the list, you can use "Filter" as a shortcut to search for it.
1.From& To date– You can find out by the Group from and to date wise filter.
2.Search– You can search by group code and installment Number in group list.
3.Clear – Remove all the search tab filters and you can freshly searched by entering details.
Click Add New option to add new Chit receipt into your organization. Enter the following details.
(Note. Already receipted member should be ticked in green colour)
Search– You can search by group member in group list.
Submit– Click the save the entered details of the receipt.
Clear– Remove all the search tab filters and you can freshly searched by entering details.
Bulk Entry– Choose the memebr and Click the bulk entry to save the receipt
To edit chit Receipt,
Receipt can be edited in the list by double clicking the member’s name.
Delete– click to delete the member receipt.
Print– click to print the member receipt
